Usually, are you the type of person who randomly visits a place to eat? or are you the type to be recommended by culinary review sites, or do you have special criteria so you want to visit a place to eat?

Actually, I'm the type that is very random to visit a restaurant. However, the category that I often use is the distance between the restaurant and the place where I was staying at that time.

For a multitasking type like me, I rarely have trouble choosing a menu, which is important to me.

Like that afternoon when I was around because of the holidays. I found a restaurant that is located quite far from the main road. Because it was almost time for lunch, I parked my motorbike and without hesitation entered a restaurant called CAVA.

Modern Restaurant Design

From the outside, you can see that the shape of this building is designed in a contemporary style with cool colors. It can be seen from the dominant material used to decorate the outer appearance made of wood. Why is it so important? of course, because a place designed in such a unique way will definitely arouse curiosity in potential buyers.

This building consists of two floors. On the first floor you can see there is a very busy barista table as well as a cash register unit to the left of the entrance. While on the right side, while on the right side, a set of tables and chairs were lined up neatly and it looked crowded with customers who were enjoying their food.

Second Floor

Connected by a circular staircase whose material is dominated by wood and iron painted black, the second floor is in the form of a long corridor. set of tables and chairs arranged exactly like the first floor. Very neat and pretty.

While I have been stopping at several restaurants in Pekalongan, I feel that the service at Cava Bistro is the best, because on the second floor there are always waiters on standby to keep the service on the top floor optimal.

My Order Menu And How It Tastes

I sat at table number 24. After sitting properly, a waiter with a friendly smile approached my table and handed me a menu book.

A book with a black cover that says CAVA is quite thick. I opened the menu book and went straight to the back page and signed up for drinks. To drink I ordered cold mineral water because lately I'm not drink a sweet beverage.

Today I feel very hungry, so I ordered two menus to try. It's rare that I have such a big appetite today.

While looking for the menu I was going to order, I found Caesar Salad on the menu, without thinking too much I told the waiter who was waiting for me, besides Caesar Salad I also ordered Omurice with Japanese-style curry sauce. The photos in this book are very tempting. with these three types of menu, Waiter finally asked permission to go and take my menu book.

Not long after, the waiter returned with a tray and a bottle of mineral water and a glass filled with ice cubes. Then, less than half an hour my other two meals followed. Now my table is full of my food. Let me describe how the taste of the food I ordered.

• Caesar Salad
  Like Caesar salad in general, the plate contains a variety of animal protein and vegetable protein, such as: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, smoked beef, diced roasted chicken, boiled eggs, Parmesan cheese, and sauce which are served separately in a small bowl.

The price for one portion of Caesar Salad is 35000 rupiah. Tastes good, inside, if I pass this way again one day, I'll stop in just for a Caesar Salad. Overkill isn't it?

• Omurice Beef Curry Sauce

Like a normal omurice, rice covered in a fluffy omelette. However, this time, Cava has a variant with a creamy beef curry sauce. How does it feel? hm ... I like the taste of the curry and a lot of beef in it. For me, all the food I ordered was really worth it and quite affordable compared to some of the equivalent restaurants I've visited.
