📷 🍅GROWING CHERRIES IN THE GREENHOUSE, HOW I DISCOVERED THESE WONDERFUL AND TASTY TOMATOES FOR MYSELF

Once upon a time, my niece gave me seeds of cherry tomatoes, she praised them so much, said they were very tasty, that her children ate them like candy. I got interested in those mini tomatoes and planted them. And you know something, my husband and I did not like them at all. That's how they hung on the bushes until the frost and were like a decoration) My daughter-in-law's mother loves to grow tomatoes, she has a bunch of different ones and I have never seen them.

So, after visiting them a couple of years ago, when the children introduced us, she took me to her greenhouse and there I saw these mini cherry tomatoes again. It has many different varieties, both round and oblong, red and yellow. Then I tasted all kinds. And you know, I really liked them, they are so tasty, sweet, the skin is chewable. In a word, after several years, I became interested in those cherikas again. I took seeds from her and since then I plant cherry tomatoes every year. My grandson really likes to eat them, he really eats them like candy, ordinary tomatoes don't taste so good to him)

With cherry tomatoes there is less gloom, they get sick less, there are a lot of them. Last year, they were probably in my greenhouse until October. Of course, in October they are not so much, the skin is harder and not so sweet, but they are great with a dish. Especially when there is no tomato in the house, but you urgently need a tomato, they often came to the rescue) I have grown them quite tall, so I will cut off their tops so that they do not grow anymore, because they simply will not have time to reach and take energy from the bush.

We don't do anything with cherry tomatoes, that is, we don't close them for the winter. We just eat them. My son taught us to eat a salad like this, there is mozzarella, cherries and basil sauce, my son is a cook and he brings us that sauce. Or simply add halves of cherry tomatoes to the salad, they are very tasty and look good. Well, just put it in your mouth and mash a tomato.

Колись давно племінниця дала мені насіння помідорів чері, так хвалила, казала дуже смачні, що її діти їдять їх як цукерки. Я зацікавилася тими міні помідорками та посадила їх. І щось знаєте вони нам зовсім з чоловіком не сподобалися. Так вони й провисіли до морозів на кущах і були як декор) Мама моєї невісточки дуже любить вирощувати помідори, має купу різних я таких і не бачила. Так ось, гостювавши у них пару років тому як діти нас познайомили, вона завела мене у свій парник і там я знову побачила ці міні помідорки, чері. Вона має багато різних сортів, і круглі й подовгасті, червоні та жовті. Я тоді продегустувала всі види. І знаєте вони мені дуже сподобалися, такі смачненькі, солоденькі, шкірка жується. Одним словом після декількох років я знову зацікавилася тими черіками. Я взяла у неї насіння і з того часу я саджу кожного року помідори чері. Дуже полюбляє їх їсти мій внук, він дійсно їх їсть як цукерки, звичайні помідори йому так не смакують) З помідорами чері менше мороки, вони менше хворіють, їх багато. Минулого року вони в мене у парнику були напевно десь до жовтня. Звісно в жовтні вони не такі вже, шкірка твердіша і не такі солодкі, але до страви супер. Особливо коли в домі нема, а терміново треба помідорчик, вони часто виручали) Виросли вони у мене доволі високі, тому буду обрізати їм вершечки, щоб більше не росли, бо просто не встигнуть достигти та забиратимуть енергію в куща.З помідорів чері ми нічого не робимо, тобто не закриваємо на зиму. Ми їх просто їмо. Син навчив нас їсти салат такий, там моцарела, чері та соус з базиліку, син кухар і нам привозить той соус. Або просто до салату даємо половинки помідорів чері, дуже смачно і мають гарний вигляд. Ну і просто закинути в ротик і знямкати собі помідорку. А ви любите помідори чері?
