没有酱的酱黄豆
外公拿过来一些小黄豆,我妈说要做传统的酱豆,但是她好像对做法也不熟😳这意思又交给我了,要不这豆子就只能留着煮豆浆了,但是我也不会啊 也没看过老人家那套传统做法,据说需要经过发酵才有那股特别的味道!
在某音 下厨房看了一圈也没有传统酱豆的做法,都是现做现吃的酱豆做法 要用到大量的油 炸豆子,就随意找了一个跟着试做一下看看如何,想着做时减油就好了。
一切准备就绪 还特意买了一小瓶白酒,方子里用到的豆瓣酱 甜面酱就没有买,平时也不吃那些 就做原味的了。其实就两步煮 炸(我把炸换成了炒 减少油的摄入)最后成品就成了没有酱的酱豆😂有点干,可能需要加点水的,豆子也需要在煮的软烂一些,虽然没有酱 但口感还不错😄我妈说好像她买的“神仙豆”一样口感!
首次用了250g豆子试做一下,下一次在改进一些啦!
