话说入秋以来一直感冒😷是有原因的应该，我没想错的话应该是夏天作的贪嘴冰的吃多了😂😂加上本身免疫力低，入秋就马上打脸了。在不把体内寒气逼出，这个冬天不知道本身体寒体质的我怎么熬过了……

小仙女说要多泡泡脚把体内寒气逼出来，没错，有道理😁一个月前就看中了一款足浴盆，价格呢其实也不算太贵，但是能省的我一定会省，想着等到双十一如果不降价就拿下。果然没白等 双十一优惠了几十块😊

果断拍下，昨天晚上就到了，现在物流真的飞速一样！拿到晚上就开启了我的泡脚模式，放了姜片进去一起泡泡~~

泡脚好处还是很多的，大家有时间都多泡泡啊，增加血液循环，助睡眠！以后我要养成每天泡脚习惯😁
