大翻车 之 香橙戚风

橙子蛋糕大家有没有吃过呢？反正我是第一次尝试，某天刷视频推荐了一款香橙戚风蛋糕给我，瞬间被它的美貌吸引了😍必须安排一次。。。不得不说大数据真的是厉害，给我推荐的大多都是美食😄😍

家里刚好有脐橙，一个6寸的蛋糕要用到2个橙子，橙子用盐洗干净表皮就开始霍霍了，经过一番折腾终于进入了烤箱，看似一切都很顺利没毛病。。。

经过四十多分钟的烘烤也好像看似顺利的出炉了……静等放凉脱模……脱模的那一刻感觉时间定格了，前面的一切看似顺利都是假象😭😭

由于底部橙子切的太厚，水分太多进入蛋糕组织导致烤好的蛋糕底部凹陷了（个人觉得是这个原因）因为之前做戚风从来不会出现这个问题。。

不过虽然形象塌了，口感上却很惊喜😍好特别太美味了，因为底部的橙子经过处理，橙皮也可以吃。蛋糕出炉是晚饭后，母亲大人一下又吃了两块😄😄

美味当然还会重现，等我下次完美复刻在把方子和做法分享出来吧~
