运动打卡第一晚「夜跑」

最近不知是不是运动少了，感觉有点不舒服血液循环好像慢了，晚饭后本来打算室内形体操的，，结果老师突然休息没有直播。换作前两天我可能会有点小开心 因为不用勉强逼自己运动了🤣🤣

但是昨晚并没有偷懒！决定出门运动，这好像还是今年第一次夜跑呢！刚下楼没走几分钟 天空竟然不作美 下起了小雨……偷懒日吗😂😂

但是下的小雨我就没回，想着不跑远好了 下大了跑回家也来得及。。没两分钟雨停了，haha继续运动了 不过才七点半而已路上都没人散步了，都这么早的😳

走走跑跑给自己定了一个小时运动时间，刚开始跑几分钟就出汗了😂😂穿多了，麻烦跑步抱着外套这不是累赘嘛！下次要穿单件了，最近气温也有点高了。

不过运动出出汗还挺舒服的😊已经在心里给自己定好了运动计划！一天室内一天户外，先暂定一个月吧！还是不能太放纵自己太懒散了就真的要“出栏”了🤣🤣

不过好久没跑步感觉体力还可以哈哈✌不是说三月不减肥，四月徒伤悲嘛！要到夏天了大家一起动起来吧！

The people doing V2K with remote neural monitoring want me to believe this lady @battleaxe is an operator. She is involved deeply with her group and @fyrstikken . Her discord is Battleaxe#1003. I cant prove she is the one directly doing the V2K and RNM. Doing it requires more than one person at the least. It cant be done alone. She cant prove she is not one of the ones doing it. I was drugged in my home covertly, it ended badly. They have tried to kill me and are still trying to kill me. I bet nobody does anything at all. Ask @battleaxe to prove it. I bet she wont. They want me to believe the V2K and RNM in me is being broadcast from her location. And what the fuck is "HOMELAND SECURITY" doing about this shit? I think stumbling over their own dicks maybe?
