二月小厨「拔丝山药」

今天做了年夜饭上的一道拔丝的甜菜（拔丝山药），据说象征着甜甜蜜蜜😄大家年夜饭餐桌上拔丝了什么？拔丝地瓜？拔丝红薯还是拔丝山药，反正我是没有做什么拔丝的菜，今天给补上哈，第一次做好像拔的不是特别成功，但也拔出丝了🤣

做法就是在某音搜的，让我妈买的3根山药两餐被我霍霍完了😄做完总结就是想要做出漂亮的拔丝 关键就在熬糖那一步，我是不想吃太甜的，所以用的糖少拔丝就差了一点。

不知是糖用少了还是哪一步差点，感觉这不是我的菜啊！一般一般，口感上只能算个“青铜”，怎么样也得找个在口感上称得上“王者”的甜菜才能上得了年夜饭的餐桌啊😄😄

八宝饭，既可以当主食也可以做菜，年夜饭还有结婚宴上，经常出现
东北有个菜，“雪绵豆沙”，看视频很好吃，就是我没吃过呢
酸甜口的，糖醋里脊，也很棒的
