双色海绵

不记得有多久没做蛋糕了,应该有一小段时间了吧~最近经烘培群友的介绍入手了一款价格不菲的可可粉,据说可可味很纯很香!这不刚一到货就按耐不住小爪开始霍霍了😄

果真不虚群友们的青睐,打开盖浓浓的巧克力味扑鼻而来,真的是一份价格一份货啊!之前买过某时的可可粉吃了大概1/3不到,剩下的就放过期了🤣🤣这个比某时贵几倍可不能在放着“睡觉”了,不然我一定会肉疼😁

前几天友友让我挑战格子蛋糕,我想刚好可可粉可以派上用场,一搜方子才知道今天挑战是没戏了,方子里用到的模具和淡奶油暂时都没有。

那也抵挡不了我要尝试新粉的心情😄😄随便做一个吧,双色海绵蛋糕~海绵蛋糕第一次做,双色更是第一次,(分蛋法)口感呢比戚风厚重同样有着戚风的棉软细腻,好像很适合做生日蛋糕胚。

只是家里砂糖不够了我也没去买,最后成品你懂的……有点苦🤣

喜欢动手又喜欢海绵蛋糕的宝宝们建议尝试一下分蛋法哦~个人觉得口感比全蛋的好吃!
