MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 5 HELD ON ZOOM 18TH FEBRUARY 2022

Summary of what I learnt from the teachings of brother Eli on our mass indoctrination day 5.

When praying and fasting husbands and wives should abstain from any sexual activities. Not that it is prohibited by God for husbands and wives to do this but when praying and fasting it is not allowed after that particular period the couple can come together again.

Fasting and praying are important, but we should not simply fast alone there are things we should be doing while fasting for our prayers to be heard by God speedily. When fasting and praying as we are not eating we should be giving food to those who are hungry, also be giving clothes to those who are lacking clothes. If you're attending a church for instance and you noticed a brother is repeating one particular clothe and you have more than enough clothes we should give out clothes to such person Giving enhances prayers.

if your brother in church or your neighbor is owing you some amount of money you can leave it for him when fasting and praying. Because what God will reward you with is way bigger than that money you left for that brother. God will surely repay you when you do and observe all these.

For us to maintain having a pure heart and conscience, when we fast and pray to God we should abserve all these things so that our prayers will be heard by God speedily.

A woman should not expose her body to anyone apart from her husband. A woman should learn to dress in a modest way. Wear clothes that would cover your body properly because your body is meant to be seen by only your husband. Husbands also your body belongs to your wife alone. Adultery is wrong and it's a sin in the sight of God.
Your bed should remain undefiled for God will judge all adulterers.
Any man that lustfully looks at a woman has committed sin already according to the Bible.

Husband should love and honour their wives for his prayer to reach God. The word honour unto the wife means you will give her consideration. A woman has weaker than a man

1Peter 3:7 This scripture is talking to husbands. This says husbands should give honour to their wives because they are weaker vessels. Giving honour to them here means respecting, loving, caring and being soft hearted to your wives. If you do this your prayers will not be hindered.

When husbands and wives dwell together according to knowledge their prayers will not be hindered it will be heard and answered by God.

According to the Bible any man praying or prophesying should open his head while woman should cover her head while praying or prophesying.

Husband should not let his wife go hungry, do not hurt your wife, do not shame your wife, do not yell at your wife. If your wife is kind is the more reason for you to love her.

Proverb 19:14 This scripture explains to us that a good wife is just like a favour from God to men
