As we build our fortress from walls of quiet stone, all is carved from thoughts alone
Never to hide or keep our silent thoughts away, we never even filter before uttered
But to guard our own physical boundaries is full of effort in order not to be invaded
Still the world intrudes ceaselessly just to make sure that we’re being watched…

With that anxiety living day by day, the keepers of some of our days
Stand firm against the hurried race towards unnecessary keepers of life
Not all can stay, not all can guard your mind the peaceful space he needed
For the peace demands you a new chosen way to live your life and guard your mind in silence and own caught wisdom…

Some guard space in some peaceful ways, that sacred space that carve and hold you back down
Not all mind are made of brick, nor with gold but only you can choose which filters your own thoughts
Each moment lost allowing without your permission each has its careless fling
A cost that we couldn’t stop the sting until we allow it all over again…

It’s not easy to step away to say no to what gives you “stress” or even to say “no” to what you don’t want
To what you truly matter more, the endless scroll, the world will offer you a lot of shiny toys
Where promises are made to give you joy but instead will give you noise that could waste hours of fleeting fun
To guard your space is never enough to reach long lasting peace, just keep it true but guard your hearts and mind, their time, their thoughts and their sacred place…
