My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2022
Hi friends, in this post, I share my Actifit Report Card and a few pictures from the day.
It rained off and on throughout the whole day, and the weather was surprisingly cool.
Happily, I had time for a long walk in the morning. And by the end of the day, I hit 12,337 steps, surpassing my 10,000 steps per day goal for the third day in a row. My activity today is also my participation for Sunday in the #macfit Super League Weekend Two. .
I hope everyone has a wonderful and active Sunday. Thank you for reading. bit of a shorter post today due to time constraints but I am happy to report that like this blooming flower, I am #AliveAndThriving. I hope your day is full of positive experiences and look forward to reporting on tomorrow's adventures in being alive!
