My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2022
Hi friends, in this post, I share a few pictures from my Wednesday along with my Actifit Report Card.
My daughter and I saw this rainbow on the way home from school on Wednesday. She took the picture below while I was driving, and I took the above one while we were stopped at a red light.
Rainbows feel so full of hope and inspiration, and we marveled at it the whole way home.
We went for a walk in the evening. I hit 11,024 steps by the end of the day. This is the fourth day in a row I surpassed my minimum daily goal of 10k steps.
I am happy to report I am #AliveAndThriving like these purple flowers.I hope your day is full of positive experiences, and look forward to reporting on tomorrow's adventures in being alive!
