Hoy con una receta deliciosa y fácil de preparar, se trata de pimentones rojos asados aliñados, que nos pueden sacar de apuros a la hora de recibir visitas en casa, también es ideal para aperitivos o simplemente darle un toque exquisito a nuestras comidas incluso a los platos más sencillos, convirtiéndolos en platillos sumamente apetitosos. Esta verdura contiene mucha vitamina C y antioxidantes, por lo que es muy bueno consumirla. A continuación el paso a paso de esta sencilla receta.
04 bell peppers, 03 cloves garlic, 1/2 tablespoon oregano, 01 tablespoon vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
04 pimentones, 03 dientes de ajo, 1/2 cucharada de oregano, 01 cucharada de vinagre, 1/4 taza de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Para hacer esta sencilla receta, lo primero que hay que hacer es lavar y cortar por la mitad los pimientos rojos y quitarles las semillas y las hebras blancas.

Lo colocamos en una bandeja de horno, pincelándolo con aceite y lo horneamos durante veinte minutos. Pasado este tiempo, lo pasamos a una fuente y lo cubrimos con papel film o podemos meterlo en una bolsa de plástico. Lo dejamos enfriar, le quitamos la piel y lo cortamos en tiras.
For the dressing, place the oil, salt, pepper, oregano, vinegar and crushed garlic in a bowl and mix well.
Para el aderezo, en un bol poner el aceite, la sal, la pimienta, el orégano, el vinagre y el ajo machacado en un bol y mezclar bien.
Add this dressing to the peppers and stir to mix well.
Este aderezo lo agregamos a los pimentones y revolvemos para que se integre todo muy bien.
We leave it in the refrigerator stored in an airtight container and we can enjoy it with toast, in salads, sandwiches or with any food you like.
Lo dejamos en la nevera guardado en un recipiente hermético y podemos disfrutarlo con tostadas, en ensaladas, sándwiches o con cualquier comida que nos guste.
