It is a zucchini, potato and leek cream, it is easy and quick to make, it is very creamy and full of flavor, but the most important thing is that it will make you feel satisfied because it only takes a few ingredients. Hoy comparto una receta que es a la vez deliciosa y saludable. Es una crema de calabacín, papa y puerro, es fácil y rápido de hacer, queda muy cremosa y está llena de sabor, pero lo más importante es que te hará sentir satisfecha porque sólo lleva pocos ingredientes. Es perfecta para una cena ligera o para acompañar un plato principal. Espero que les guste y se animen a prepararla les aseguro que no se arrepentiran, porque querran hacerla a menudo.

01 zucchini, 02 medium potatoes, 01 leek, 01 onion, 01 tablespoon turmeric, 01 teaspoon thyme, 02 cups water, 01 pinch nutmeg, 01 tablespoon olive oil, 01 tablespoon coriander, salt and pepper and sesame to taste || 01 calabacín, 02 papas medianas, 01 puerro, 01 cebolla, 01 cucharada de cúrcuma, 01 cucharita de tomillo, 02 tazas de agua, 01 pizca de nuez moscada, 01 cucharada de aceite de oliva, 01 cucharada de cilantro, sal y pimienta y sésamo al gusto.

Para comenzar lavamos y cortamos los vegetales en cubos, a la papa le quitamos la piel.

En una olla ponemos una cucharada de aceite de oliva y cuando esté caliente añadimos la cebolla cocinamos por unos segundos, seguido agregamos el puerro por otros segundos más no hace falta dorarlos, añadimos el calabacín y luego la papa y salteamos por un minuto para impregnar los sabores.

Ya reposada colocamamos la mezcla en la licuadora con la ayuda de un cucharón y licuamos hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea. Vertemos en los envases.
