2 tazas de calabaza rallada, 3 huevos, 2 tazas de harina de trigo leudante, 1 taza de azúcar, 1/2 taza de aceite, 1 pizca de sal, 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear, 1 cucharada de vainilla,pasitas, capacillos // 2 cups grated pumpkin, 3 eggs, 2 cups leavening flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup oil, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1 tablespoon vanilla, raisins, layer.
Comenzamos esta receta batiendo en la licuadora, los huevos, el azúcar, el aceite, un poco de la calabaza y una pizca de sal, licuo hasta que se integre todo muy bien.

Cuando estén listos los sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar por 5 minutos y podemos servir estos deliciosos cupcakes esponjosos si desean se puede decorar con azúcar glass o una cubierta de chocolate.
