I can't imagine you drinking coffee 24/7. And I am just impressed with how disciplined you are to not break your promise to yourself. Happy 4 years! As I always say to my friends, do what makes you think that is going to be good for you.

Being disciplined is the only way honestly. Thank you for the nice wishes. We each deal with our problems in our own way and what works for me may not work for you.
