Agree. Though, given the possibility to earn from our articles, I cannot blame a lot of person who do it mainly for the upvotes. I think it just a human nature.
Personally, aside from the possible juicy upvote, I write to improve my writing skills. Also, it is kind of relieving to get our ideas into the open. 😊

True to this sense. I know the upvote will come but at first you need to have the desire and the flame to go out and write something.
