Wednesday walk - beautiful morning twilight

The morning becomes a new enthusiasm for activities by exercising a bicycle. Apart from being healthy for the body, cycling can also provide full relaxation to the mind which can increase the body's positive ion energy because that morning, when nature lives quietly and full of peace which can raise enthusiasm this morning.

Exercise in the morning is really needed by the body because after sleeping all night and doing nothing, in the morning the body needs movement to help pump blood and oxygen in the body so that it can move normally and be able to grow and develop properly.

Routine habits that can be done by cycling for a healthy life and become a hobby full of fun while doing it.
