Wednesday Walk: Surprise at the office!!! (Esp-Eng)

Soy personal voluntario en un Centro de Historia Familiar, en esta oficina ayudo y enseño a las personas que quieren realizar su genealogía . Todo es por medio de una página web, donde pueden encontrar partidas de nacimiento, defunciones, matrimonios, entre otros documentos que son de todos los países, y también pueden colocar fotos, historias, mensajes de voz, videos y ordenar su genealogía, entre otras actividades.

El miércoles pasado cuando camine a la oficina a prestar el servicio, estaban algunas personas que he enseñado, ellos me recibieron en la puerta y me taparon la cara para llevarme a uno de los salones porque estaban haciendo una actividad los jóvenes.

I am a volunteer staff in a Family History Center, in this office I help and teach people who want to do their genealogy. Everything is through a web page, where they can find birth certificates, deaths, marriages, among other documents that are from all countries, and they can also place photos, stories, voice messages, videos and order their genealogy, among other activities.

Last Wednesday when I walked to the office to provide the service, there were some people that I have taught, they met me at the door and covered my face to take me to one of the rooms because they were doing an activity for the young people.

Al destaparme la cara, me tenían una torta porque había cumplido años hace unos días, y porque había pasado el día de las madres, jajaja.

When they uncovered my face, they had a cake for me because I had had my birthday a few days ago, and because I had passed Mother's Day, hahaha.

Después de comer la torta, tomar refresco y degustar algunas chucherías, cuando pensé ya iba a mi oficina a laborar jajaja, llegaron los mariachis.

After eating the cake, drinking soda and tasting some sweets, when I thought I was already going to my office to work, hahaha, the mariachis arrived.

Casi que lloro de la emoción y felicidad, nunca me imagine esto, jajaja. Los mariachis me dedicaron unas palabras en nombre de todos los presentes.

I almost cried with emotion and happiness, I never imagined this, hahaha. The mariachis dedicated a few words to me on behalf of everyone present

Este miércoles para mí ha sido especial e inolvidable, he pasado un rato divertido, y hermoso con personas que amo. Agradezco a todos por este maravilloso momento.
