SAUTEED SPINACH [Spa-Eng]
Hello dear Hivers, here is my recipe for sauteed spinach, it is delicious to eat on any occasion, as a meal of the day or as a snack.
Estimada comunidad, es primera vez que comparto con ustedes, soy @thaismarags, tengo 6 meses en Hive, me encantan los vegetales, deseo que esta receta les guste, ahora comenzare con la receta.
Dear community, it's the first time I share with you, I'm @thaismarags, I'm 6 months old in Hive, I love vegetables, I hope you like this recipe, now I will start with the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
½ bunch of spinach
1 red chili bell pepper
1 scallion
1 carrot
Salt to taste
¼ cup oil
5 heads of garlic
PREPARATION
It is important to emphasize that this preparation is for only one person and that two days before preparing the recipe, peel the garlic and place it in a glass container, then add the oil and cover, leave for 48 hours to macerate, to make our garlic oil. It can be kept at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
The day the recipe is prepared, wash the ingredients and dry them very well. We remove the leaves from the spinach bunch (we do not use the stem), we take the leaves and cut them with a scissors or a knife into strips, we grate the carrot by the thick part of the beam and chop the chili and scallion according to our taste.
Place everything in the pan, add salt to taste and 3 tablespoons of garlic oil. We begin to mix until all the vegetables are covered with oil.
Then turn the stove on high heat and place the pan on the stove, stirring for 5 minutes. The carrots and scallions will be crispy style. If they fry longer, they will lose the crispy style.
Once the cooking is finished, our spinach will be crispy and divine, the combination of the ingredients and the garlic oil, give it a spectacular touch, to me the chili came out a little spicy, and I liked it. This is how the sautéed spinach is ready.
It can be served with banana, grains, meat, whatever you like and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner, it can even be a snack. What would you serve it with, and on what occasion would you eat it?

They literally have attempeted my murder and are trying to kill me with V2K and RNM. Five years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation. I bet we can get to the sources of V2K and RNM then. https://ecency.com/fyrstikken/@fairandbalanced/i-am-the-only-motherfucker-on-the-internet-pointing-to-a-direct-source-for-voice-to-skull-electronic-terrorism ..... https://ecency.com/gangstalking/@acousticpulses/electronic-terrorism-and-gaslighting--if-you-downvote-this-post-you-are-part-of-the-problem
Hi @thaismarags. I see that you have brought a good recipe with a very versatile vegetable such as spinach, which is a source of many nutrients for our body, and can be consumed in many ways.
I also notice that you develop the recipe in text, sequentially, however, the ideal is that you include in the post photos of all the steps that you are describing, for example, the preparation of the garlic oil, since including other photos allows you to appreciate in completely this good recipe.
I wanted to make another observation: It is recommended, for aesthetics and to better appreciate the recipe, to open the photograph plane a little more, not to focus only on a close-up of the content of the pan or plate, but appreciate the context. It would also be highly recommended to take pictures with natural light, this gives great sharpness and beauty to the photos.
On the other hand, and with all due respect, I recommend you read the community rules, it clearly says that only original content is accepted, and I have doubts about the cover photo.
Hello, dear plantpoweronhive.
I thank you for your comments, I will take them into account for my next publications, actually I am a novice in this, and I thank you for the time and the lines that you dedicate to me to improve my content, your suggestions are valuable to me.
On the other hand I inform you that I always read the rules of the community, because it was the first thing they taught me in the Master Class 6 months ago, when I joined Hive. I do not know the reason for your doubt, but I can confirm that the photograph on the cover is my property, I bought the spinach in the market and at home I took the picture and edited it on my PC with the Windows 10 Editor, as indicated at the end of the post. Nothing more to add.
Sincerely yours,
Thaismarags
It is good to know that you are a conscientious person, who seeks to feed on information, that is very positive; however, I have two elements to affirm my doubts regarding your cover photo, because the other observations I certainly know, that as a conscientious person, you will apply them in the future in your publications, and not only in my community, but in posts that you post in other communities.
I explain the reason for my doubts:
First: the cover photo is better lit and in focus than the rest of the photos in your post; of course, it may be that when you came back from the market you took a photo of the vegetables while still having natural light.
Second: And more importantly, what is that blue half circle with white border doing at the bottom of your photo? If it's an original photo, that element shouldn't be there.
Have a nice day too.
Hello, plantpoweronhive I congratulate you because you are very detailed, you are right, the photo of the spinach was taken in the dining room at 8:00 am. In front of the table, I have a big window and the sun was coming in. The other photos were taken in the kitchen at about 4:00 PM, there the sun does not come in, only this one is illuminated with light bulbs.
As for the most important thing: I just checked and it turns out that the circle at the bottom of the photo is part of the Windows 10 Editor, I use the crop tool and when cropping the photo, I didn't notice the circle, I confess that I didn't even notice that circle.
I hope I have answered your questions. I have learned a lot with you, I must be more detailed and careful, I thank you for all your time and your lines. It is a pleasure to meet you, happy day.
I am very glad that you have learned, because that is precisely the function of administrators, moderators and curators in Hive: Basically to guide users, so that they are better content creators every day.
I highly recommend the use of that natural light, I know that it is perhaps difficult to move the kitchen to that place, it is not that, but it does try to favor the use of natural light. On the other hand, it is very appropriate that you take care of the details, one detail can spoil everything.
And since we are all learning, I am glad that this experience has been very instructive for you.
Have a happy day.
Yes, I am thinking that it will favor me to make the recipes in the morning and you are right, "a detail can spoil everything", but, everything happens to improve, 🙂, thank you, thank you, thank you, happy weekend.

Hola @chacald.dcymt, gracias por leer y comentar mis líneas, que tengas un feliz día.
This recipe looks very good. I have to admit I have only ever sauteed baby spinach in a little butter and never thought to add other vegetables to it. I will have to try something different sometime.
Hi, @jacey.boldart, try the spinach in the recipe, you will love it, thanks for reading my lines, congratulations.
