Hace algunos años me opere la vista para eliminar la miopia, mi oftalmólogo me recomendó comer mínimo tres veces a la semana 1 tomate, 1 zanahoria y 1 ramita de celery. Él me explico que estos alimentos aportaban vitaminas para mantener mis ojos saludables. Así fue como nacio, mi ensalada favorita, ahora si, les enseño mi receta.

INGREDIENTS \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ INGREDIENTES

1 Zanahoria mediana, 1 ramita de celery o apio España, ½ cucharadita de sal, 2 cucharaditas de vinagre y 2 cucharadas de aceite de soya.
1 medium carrot, 1 celery sticks Spain, ½ teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons vinegar, and 2 tablespoons soybean oil.

Lo primero que hacemos es lavar la zanahoria, el celery y el tomate. Yo coloco estos ingredientes a remojar 5 minutos en agua con una cucharada de vinagre.

Luego las saco y dejo en el colador otros 5 minutos a que se escurran y sequen.

Después rallo la zanahoria, pico las hojas y tallo del celery en trocitos pequeñitos y los tomates los pico en ruedas .
Then I grate the carrot, chop the leaves and stem of the celery into small pieces and chop the tomatoes into rounds.

Inmediatamente, agrego la sal, el vinagre y comienzo a remover y unir la zanahoria y el celery por unos 3 minutos, finalmente la sirvo en un plato y coloco alrededor las ruedas de tomate.

Immediately, I add the salt, and vinegar and start stirring the carrot and celery together for about 3 minutes, finally, I serve it on a plate and place the tomato wheels around it.
