My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2023
Busy day today as I needed to get a lot of work done so had to work well into the evening. At least I managed to make some good progress on a couple of projects I'm working on.
Exercise wise, I took the time to do some upper body and here was my workout:
Pull-ups or Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
- Bent Over Barbell Rows: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
- Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
- Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Preacher Curls: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
