My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2023
Today was a very productive day but unfortunately I wasn't able to get a lot of steps in. I did however get back to training so I decided to do something reçatively light to readapt to exercising and not hurt myself.
Here was my workout:
- Bench Press: 4 sets of 6-8 reps
- Dumbbell Flyes: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 sets of 8-10 reps
- Tricep Dips: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
