My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2023

I'm very proud of myself today! I blocked some time in my schedule to go out and run and I did it!

I've been trying to do it for some time now that this year I'm really prioritizing my health but the last couple of weeks have been nothing but crazy.

Today I organized my day the best I could and finished work in time to go out and take a few laps at a nearby square.

The place is quite nice and there are a few devices for outdoor exercising that I also used.
