My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2022
My life was very unbalanced this year. While professionally I'm probably living my best phase ever, I didn't put nearly as much effort in my social life and, more importantly, my health.
Fortunately I don't have any serious health condition but It's visible that I used to be in much better shape.
I want to pay more attention to my body in 2023 but rather than waiting for the new year - even though it's only a few days away - I decided to be proactive and start today.
I started slowly and it was only a couple of short walks early in the afternoon and then again in the middle of the afternoon but it's a start. I will try my best to apply the same discipline I have at work on exercising.
