My Actifit Report Card: November 12 2022

I had a very busy week and still didn't get to finish everything I had to do so I decided to use this weekend to finally get everything done. I will have very little time to rest or so anything else rather than working but I think it will be worth it.

I weighted myself today and I'm around 86kg. That was a nice surprise because that is not a bad weight for me. I thought I would be weighting a lot more.

Still, I'm not 100% satisfied with my figure when I looked in the mirror so I need to step up my game.

I had time for a quick walk today which was enough to get me to the 5k mark but I will need to do a lot better
