My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2022

Today I hit the weights again! This time it was my upper body workout, which goes like this:

  • 3x10 biceps curl
  • 3x10 shoulder press
  • 3x10 side tilts (each side)
  • 3x10 deadlifts
  • 3x10 bent over rows

I get 20 seconds between each set and exercise. It may look short but it's very intensive and I'm usually pretty beat after it, which is the case today!
