Did some weight lifting today. It was a quick one but better than nothing.

I need to pay more attention to sleep and eating. I haven't been getting enough sleep and also haven't been eating healthy lately.

Anyway, here is my workout

  • 3x8 biceps curl
  • 3x8 shoulder press
  • 3x8 side tilts
  • 3x8 deadlifts
  • 3x8 bent over rows
