My Actifit Report Card: October 12 2022

Today was a holiday here so I didn't have to work (at least not on my 9-5) which means J had some free time.

That was a relief because I've been way too busy lately and I can't even remember the last time I was able to take some time off.

I also don't remember last time I had a proper workout so I decided to make up for that today and I went for a long walk in the afternoon, after cleaning the house.

It's been a while since I hit the 10k mark so it sure feels nice to do that again!
