My Actifit Report Card: Upper body day

Another week begins and so does another cycle of my workouts. As usual today was upper body day. It was my second upper body day after increasing the load on the dumbbells last week. It was a bit easier this time but definitely not ready for a new increase yet.

Here is the workout:

  • 3x8 bicep curls
  • 3x8 shoulder press
  • 3x8 side tilts
  • 3x8 deadlifts
  • 3x8 bent over rows

I get 20 seconds between each set, even when switching to a new exercise
