My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2022

Today was a very busy day. I usually rehearse with my band on Sundays but next Sunday is father's day here I'm Brazil so we decided to have our band rehearsal today.

The thing is everyone in my band live in a different city so I had to travel 1 hour to meet them.

Turns out that being a musician is hard work! Our rehearsal was enough to get me over 7k steps. I wonder how many calories I burned today!
