You are viewing a single comment's thread:

Inleo has been improving and innovating for years now, meanwhile other UI's have not...

This is a simple fact, and one of the reasons I saw no future in Hive in the past, there were a lot of talks but not enough building and innovating.

One thing I do have to give the other UI's props. They are not as glitchy as #Inleo. Every time I click on a link it takes around 5 seconds just to open up.

And people think this ecosystem should be all "kumbaya we are a community" between the different UI's, it shouldn't! These are businesses on top of the blockchain, and businesses compete with each other for users. The more user's a UI has, the more revenue (From ads+subscriptions) they can generate!

I know people don't like to hear this, but the world is a competition, and the ones that stay the same, don't go anywhere!

This is why I believe Inleo is going to survive. They adapt and compete every day

Indeed, I think Khal is trying to do the same thing Elon Musk is doing, the "Everything App".

It's just that Elon is doing it in Web2 and Khal is doing it in web3.

Yes, he maybe had another idea from the start but he has the ability to adapt when the surrounding is changing :)

Indeed, he already rebranded/innovated 4 or 5 times, each time he added features and users.

First it was LeoFinance, just for finance, then he realized that users = revenue, and sticking just to finance means less users, so he increased the scope to inleo for every topic, then he realized that short form content, shorts and videos were the way, so he added them, now subscriptions.

He is 100% an entrepreneur, which we were sadly missing on hive. Unfortunantly, the old guard has all the Hive Power and they are the ones that make the rules, and since they don't understand how to run businesses or innovate, the chains stayed stuck for years, losing opportunities on top of opportunities.

Imagine if every front end had placed ads since the beggining and bought HIVE from the market to power up. Hive would be so much higher in marketcap!

If you have what people want, and you're always available, you can stay the same and still be on top.

If you change to meet needs, but your service never works, you might as well not exist.

Not really... Sooner or later the one that is changing and breaking things will fix the things that are not working and then it will surpass the one that stays the same... We've seen it happen with so many social media platforms.

Services not working and having issues are normal for a growing startup, which is what inleo is.

I don't really understand what you're seeing with the social media platforms. Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube are all still HUGE, and basically unchanged.

Facebook is basically dead, replaced by instagram, which was not a product developed by Meta, they bought it because instagram innovated more, while facebook stayed the same.

Youtube didn't stay the same, now you have streaming, shorts, and other such things, that they didn't have, they are not "unchanged".

Twitter is not the same either, they changed their whole business model by putting premium up, and allowing people to earn on the platform.

No business, and no platform lasts forever without changing and innovating.

They don't last at all if they never have a finished product.

A part of innovation is naturally going to be distribution

This includes site stability

That’s why INLEO is always on the bleeding edge, failing, breaking and innovating. Other UIs offer the same experience from 2016 but they are obviously bug free because they’re never innovating

That being said, I hired a new dev who is solely focused on fixing bugs

Have you seen any recently that you’re referring to in this thread? If so, please report with screenshots + the #feedback tag and we’ll fix them. The UI is super bug free right now because anything that gets reported is fixed immediately

Thanks for your support

It's not really bugs, but more like extremely slow UI's sometimes, for example, when clicking the "wallet" in the profile it sometimes takes a while (5-10s) for it to actual go to the wallet.

You either have a slow process in there somewhere or it's because of memory leaks or something.
