El día de hoy les traigo una receta un poco inusual para mis gustos incluyendo ambos ingredientes principales de mi receta como lo son: *el calabacín y el huevo* que aunque conozco el nivel proteico que posee el huevo; no está dentro de mi lista de proteínas preferido.

- 2 Calabacines medianos
2 medium zucchini
- 4 Huevos
4 Eggs
- Sal al gusto
Salt to taste
- Queso; cantidad necesaria

Siento mucho notificarles que dentro de los ingredientes el principal es el calabacín, como les dije pero me fui directo a lavarlos y me olvidé de hacerles la foto.

Tomamos los calabacines los lavamos y le cortamos las puntas; procedemos a rayarlos; una vez rayados los tomamos con las manos y tratamos de sacarles la mayor humedad posible, ya que como sabemos está hortaliza o verdura como solemos llamarlos tienen 95% de agua.
We take the zucchini, wash them and cut off the ends; we proceed to grate them; once grated we take them with our hands and try to remove as much moisture as possible, because as we know this vegetable or vegetable as we usually call them is 95% water.
Nos deben quedar un poco secos como se ven a continuación y pueden observar la cantidad de agua que se les escurre.

Seguidamente, una vez que agregamos las 4 claras procedemos a batirlas con un batidor manual.

Nos va a resultar una mezcla de consistencia blanda.
The result will be a mixture of soft consistency.
Ahora entramos en calor y procedemos a precalentar la sartén con un poco de aceite para q la mezcla no se pegue; la vertemos y la dejamos destapada ya que tapada genera más líquido por el vapor.
Now we warm up and proceed to preheat the frying pan with a little oil so that the mixture does not stick; we pour it and leave it uncovered since covered it generates more liquid due to the steam.
Esperamos a que a fuego bajo se tiene doradita por un lado y volteamos; esto lo podemos hacer con la ayuda de un plato con mucho cuidado de no quemarnos.
We wait until it is golden brown on one side and turn it over; we can do this with the help of a plate, being careful not to burn ourselves.
Una vez que está lista por ambos lados la retiramos del fuego y lista para comer.

Está deliciosa tortilla se puede comer solita o acompañada; en mi caso como no podemos dejar de comer carbohidratos, la acompañamos con una arepa asada.
