Preparando Hamburguesas de la reina [Esp-Eng]
¡Saludos a todos los amigos de hive! Para este fin de semana quiero presentarles una receta para una cena alternativa y deliciosa para compartir en familia y todo hecho en casa, vamos a preparar hamburguesas de la reina.
Greetings to all friends of hive! For this weekend I want to present you a recipe for an alternative and delicious dinner to share with family and all homemade, let's prepare queen burgers.
Para esta receta vamos a necesitar:
-2 panes medianos para hamburguesa
-2 huevos
-2 filetes de pechuga de pollo
-Kepchup, mostaza y mayonesa
-6 ruedas de pepino
-1/2 cebolla de cabeza
-1/2 tomate
-1 rama de cebollín
-1 rama de cilantro
-1/2 zanahoria
-2 hojas de col blanco
-1 pimentón
-2 dientes de ajo
-Sal, orégano y albahaca
-2 papas
For this recipe we will need:
-2 medium hamburger buns
-2 eggs
-2 chicken breast fillets
-Kepchup, mustard and mayonnaise
-6 cucumber slices
-1/2 head onion
-1/2 tomato
-1 sprig of chives
-1 cilantro sprig
-1/2 carrot
-2 white cabbage leaves
-1 paprika
-2 cloves of garlic
-Salt, oregano and basil
-2 potatoes
Preparación
-Primero lavamos, pelamos y cortamos los vegetales.

-First wash, peel and cut the vegetables.
-En un sartén, vamos a saltear el pimentón, cebolla, cebollín y ajo. Reservamos.
-In a frying pan, sauté the paprika, onion, chives and garlic. Set aside.
-Sazonamos el pollo con sal, orégano y albahaca. Y ponemos en el sartén con el ajo y algunas tiras de pimentón.
-Season the chicken with salt, oregano and basil. And put in the pan with the garlic and some strips of paprika.
-En el mismo sartén donde se cocinó el pollo, ponemos los huevos uno a uno. Cocinamos a fuego lento y tapado para que quede bien cocido.
-In the same pan where the chicken was cooked, put the eggs one by one. Cook over low heat and covered so that it is well cooked.
-Lavamos con un cepillo de fregar las papas y cortamos en tiras con todo y cáscara. Ponemos en un recipiente con agua y sal por 15 minutos y escurrimos en un paño limpio y seco.
-Wash the potatoes with a scrub brush and cut into strips with skin and skins. Put in a bowl with water and salt for 15 minutes and drain in a clean, dry cloth.
-Llevamos al horno eléctrico las papas por 30 minutos a 250 grados centígrados.
-We take the potatoes to the electric oven for 30 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius.
-Abrimos el pan a la mitad.
-We open the bread in half.
-Comenzamos a poner todo por capas. Las salsas, los vegetales salteados, el pollo, el huevo, el repoyo y la zanahoria, y cerramos el pan.
-We begin to put everything in layers. The sauces, the sautéed vegetables, the chicken, the egg, the soup and the carrot, and we close the bread.
-Ponemos las hamburguesas ya rellenas en el sarten para dorar el pan. Y servimos con las papitas crujientes.
-We put the hamburgers already stuffed in the pan to brown the bread. And serve with the crispy fries.
Estas hamburguesas fueron preparadas para mi hija @chacald.dcymt, ella lleva una dieta libre de embutidos y grasas. Para ella unas hamburguesas lo más saludables posible, preparadas en casa, sin frituras ni embutidos es una cena perfecta de fin de semana.
