Hello dear hive friends 💖 Happy sewing Monday!!!! In this project week I'm going to present you my preview 😊 with a little cheeky confession 🤭. In her teenage days my daughter was a rocker ☺️, to me of course that didn't bother me and I tried to please her as far as my budget allowed me, I bought her an electric guitar and an amplifier, I also bought her the black t-shirts of "Heavy metal " bands and some CD's and the unmistakable hair dye 😍 sometimes black, sometimes yellow with red or yellow with blue or yellow with green 🤷🏽, she was constantly changing color.

That's why today I present you my doll's hair trying to capture her style 🤭 choosing the yellow and red colors she once had.

Hola queridos amigos de hive 💖 Feliz lunes de costura!!! En esta semana de proyecto les voy a presentar mi avance 😊 con una pequeña y pícara confesión 🤭. En su época de adolescente mi hija fué rockera ☺️, a mí por supuesto eso no me molestaba y trate de complacerla en lo que mi presupuesto me lo permitía, le compré una guitarra eléctrica y un amplificador, también le compraba las franelas negras de bandas de "Heavy metal" y algunos CD's y el inconfundible tinte del pelo 😍 en ocasiones negro, en otras amarillo con rojo o amarillo con azul o amarillo con verde 🤷🏽‍♀️, cambiaba constantemente de color

Es por eso que hoy les presento el cabello de mi muñequita tratando de plasmar su estilo 🤭 escogiendo los colores amarillo y rojo que tuvo una vez.

The first thing I did was to take strands of white worsted, since I will color it after the hair is in place.

Lo primero que hice fue tomar hebras de estambre de color blanco, ya que luego que esté el pelo en su lugar le daré color.

I am sewing a worsted cape tightly attached to the doll's head.

Estoy cosiendo una capa de estambre bien unida a la cabeza de la muñeca.

Then I plan to sew another layer looser, attached only from the top so that the hair starts to take volume.
