Cupcakes de Cóctel de frutas, exótico sabor de carnaval [Esp-Eng]

¡Hola a todos los amantes de la buena comida! Hoy quiero compartir una delicia de postre que quedó delicioso. Les hablo de mis cupcakes de cóctel de frutas, un sabor exótico para disfrutar en este carnaval.

Para la elaboración de este rico postre necesitaremos:

Ingredientes:

100 gramos de banana en ruedas
100 gramos de pulpa de mango
100 gramos de fresas troceadas
100 gramos de pera troceada
250 gramos de harina
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
50 mililitros de jugo de caña
2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol
1 huevo de lino

For the preparation of this delicious dessert we will need:

Ingredients:

100 grams of banana slices
100 grams of mango pulp
100 grams of chopped strawberries
100 grams of chopped pear
250 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
50 milliliters of sugar cane juice
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 flax egg

Preparación:

Para la masa de los cupcakes, vamos a hacer un puré con las frutas en la licuadora, agregamos la harina que pasamos por un colador y el polvo de hornear, seguimos revolviendo y cuando se incorpore todo agregamos lentamente el jugo de caña para endulzar, el huevo de lino y el aceite. Cuando esté todo mezclado vamos a ponerlo en los moldes para cupcakes.

Preparation:

For the cupcake batter, we are going to puree the fruits in the blender, add the flour that we pass through a sieve and the baking powder, continue stirring and when everything is incorporated we slowly add the cane juice to sweeten, the flax egg and the oil. When it is all mixed we are going to put it in the cupcake molds.

Llevamos por 15 minutos al horno a 150 grados centígrados y apagamos el horno. Me gusta dejarlos dentro del horno unos minutos más para que el calor que se concentra en el horno, apagado ya, termine de darles un color dorado y una textura tostada a los cupcakes.

Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius and turn off the oven. I like to leave them in the oven for a few more minutes so that the heat that concentrates in the oven, already turned off, finishes giving them a golden color and a toasted texture to the cupcakes.

Reservamos un trozo de cada una de las frutas para decorar los cupcakes. Me gusta el realce de todas las frutas frescas con la masa de coctel de frutas, es un delicioso sabor que sin duda deben probar. Esta receta es ideal para compartir en estas fechas festivas de carnaval, ya que tiene color y sabor.
