COLORED SWEET POTATOE FRY AND EGG SAUCE π
Hello Hive,
This morning on #FoodiesBeeHive I will be sharing the preparation of my breakfast colored sweet potatoe fry and egg sauce with us all
Firstly let's start with the preparation of sweet potatoe.
Peel off the skin and put inside a bowl containing water
You rinse it out of the water then you start cutting it into pieces base on your choice of slices and size
After then you add little water and add little salt to it
Place a dry fry pan on your cooking appliance, add vegetable oil and let the oil heat up for awhile
After the oil has heated up then you bring out the potatoe inside water and pour it into the pan
Flip it over till it's completely fry then bring it out and pour inside a sieve to withdraw the oil
Then we move to the preparation of the egg sauce
Place your pan on your cooking appliance, add little oil then wait till it heats up
Then I will add the already grated pepper and onion into the pan then I will add my bullion cubes, very little seasoning and salt to taste
Let it fry for awhile then I will add my already whisked egg
Let it fry for a while then flip for the other sides to fry too.
Keep flipping till it's completely fried
Turn off the cooking appliance then serve. I will be having mine will chill roselle drink π
