Mother of children, and a grandmother, she has being into the Akara business all her life. Well this traditional food called beans cake popularly known as Akara in Nigeria is one of the most wanted foods in Nigeria. It's usually small and taken as breakfast, well this would be story for another blog back to my Akara woman, who has organized scrumptious food hangout for the city of port Harcourt as a struggling mother doing so much as putting food on the table for her family to eat isn't a very merry task. But this mother against all odds has chosen to live a memorial for us all. So why go to England to see a Queen when we have one here in Africa. Leaving a business for your children even after you're long gone is something not many parents have been able to achieve or leave for there children. But this mother of hard work brought Joy to our tiny stomach, merry to our gloomy heart and a standing legacy of a Mother the loving My Akara woman Mila Aries !
