Of course, he obliged her and Alice called her mom. She was ecstatic as she screamed to her equally excited mom. Immediately, the ecstatic ambiance of the exotic restaurant extended to the Abuja residence of Mr. and Mrs. Okoli.
When Tonye sensed that his would-be in-laws were streaming live, he gave it his best dramatic shot. Now kneeling before the shy and blushing Alice and surrounded by seven of her beautiful friends all clouded in white dresses, Tonye asked the question. From then on, it was a roller-coaster romance that culminated in a lavish high society wedding ceremony in Abuja three months later. After the engagement, the Okoli’s decided to upgrade Mr. Tonye socioeconomic status. Mr. Okoli helped him secure a new job, the Public Relations Manager at an international oil company.
