I was so intrigued by, and hooked onto the lines in between this book till the very end. I feel like a woman who has just been transformed into Marilyn Monroe.

You'd think that men despised bitches. I mean, who wants a woman who is a bitch in his life. No one! However, you do not have to be bitchy for a man to love you, you just have to be a 'bitch'. Cruel way to put it right? I thought so too, till I began reading.

This masterpiece by Sherry provides a compelling answer to the difficult question most women want to but can't ask:
Why do men get easily bored by the 'good girls' who will most times bend to his whims and caprices and chase wholeheartedly after the girl with the feisty 'devil-may care attitude' who barely has his time?
Before we get into answering that, you'll have to note the difference between the prejorative way the word is usually used, and how it is used in this book.

I'm not talking about the mean-spirited character woman with an abrasive disposition, who raises hell wherever she goes, I am talking about a woman who poses a mental challenge, who has a bit of an edge to her, and still understands how to evenly balance her feminine nature. A woman who doesn't obsess over someone's approval. Now that, is a proper 'bitch'.

Why then do men love bitches? Bitches are not needy!
So while the 'good girls' overly act needy, the 'bitches' understand how unattractive and how damaging it is to their dignity, should they fail to be independent and live up to their own standards. First rule to being a bitch. Stop being overly needy and have a mind of your own. You are the price, act like one.

Stop overcompensating! That is just a recipe for a disaster, that is about to blow up in your face. An overcompensating woman would chase and do everything in her power to keep a man. I mean, on the first date, you're already offering him sex! cooking for him in special dinnerware and doing a whole lot of other things that put you on the desperate side.

Dealing him your best cards and chasing him! Common girlie get a grip! You have to show this man that you can hold your own. You have to show him that you're not one that can be easily gotten. This is way different from playing hard to get, but it's a little sprinkle of it. This is an attraction principle that bitches understand and this is what keeps men hooked to them.

What women however fail to understand, and I'm grateful to Sherry for making that clear in this book, is that there is a thin line between a man's doormat and his dream girl. The doormat girl would very often do things that suggest she is not enough. But the dream girl who he madly wants understands that she is very much enough. He takes her the way she is, or he leaves her alone. Now this, however, is not an excuse to have terrible character flaws but an eye opener to be good enough, ladylike enough, the best version of yourself, but know how not to be taken for granted by a man. Be independent in all round especially financially.

You should be the woman he puts on a pedestal not the one he despises. The one he chases, not the one hounding him. That way, you're sure his attraction would not be short-lived and that he is willing to hand over the love you want from him on a platter. Bitches don't chase after men.

Another reason a man loves bitches are, that they do not obsess over his approval in everything. Oh my God! Will my man love the makeup I have on? Does he love red lipstick? Big red flag! What about you? Do you approve of yourself first?

Have you ever asked yourself why a man would leave a lady who obsesses over the makeup to wear for him to look appealing in his eyes, for the plain next door neighbor who barely cares? It's simple. The plain girl is already confident in her beauty. That is not to say she by doesn't wear makeup, of course she does. But she wears them to accentuate her beauty and not to seen the seek the approval of any man.

Be a challenge, not a problematic one though. Make him think of what to do to please you. Men love a mental challenge. It’s inherent in their nature. Don’t be so
predictable to him. Stop trying to be his mummy. He already has one. Be the girl that leaves him longing for more simply because he doesn't know your next move. He wants a kiss, lean in for a peck. Control the situation but let him be in charge. A proper dumb fox.

Another reason a man loves a bitch is because they are never insecure. Have you seen a proper 'bitch'? She knows she is never in a competition with anyone. Why are you asking him about his ex? Or the girl that was overly flirting with him? Why are you doing a mental comparison between yourself and those other girls. That screams insecurity and fear. And what do they say about fear? It can be smelt from miles away.

Men love women who do not stop their own flow and give themselves away to them. Why are you cancelling your pedicure appointment because he called for Netflix and chill spontaneously? You're showing him you barely love yourself enough.
