WednesDATE with My Mama <3 (A Ladies' Day Out!)

It's been a while since I went out with mama, so I'm glad that we're able to go out for a while yesterday. Well, we had to get something from one of the biggest shopping malls here in Cebu, so we decided to take this chance and hangout at the mall for a bit.

Papa bought both of us new shoes last week for our morning walk, so we wore them for this date. haha I also helped mama pick out the clothes to wear. Yaaaay~! I'm so happy that she finds this style good and comfortable.

Took a selfie using the back camera of my phone. The quality is so much better. Mama insisted we take one because she didn't want to be photographed alone. hahaha Papa usually enjoys having his photos taken. I wonder where his confidence comes from. lol






This part of the mall has a lot of instagrammable places. I don't usually post on Instagram, though. Hahaha

Well, after we did what we had to do at that place, we just walked around and did some window shopping. I personally don't enjoy it that much, but mama loves it, so I accompanied her in doing so.

The mirrors at UNIQLO are humongous that we can't stop ourselves from taking some mirror shots. hahaha Anyway, love the shoes... (thanks papa!) it's very light that I ended up walking more than 10000 steps yesterday. I had my Wednesday Walk, then walked a lot again inside the mall as well. haha

After walking too much, we had to re-energize ourselves, so we went to the food court to eat.

There were no bento boxes available yet, so she just had some shrimp tempura, rice and calamansi juice. She's texting papa during this time. Papa was left at home with Arashi. lol

As for me, I got myself some beef teriyaki and calamansi juice. Last time I went out with papa, I had beef misono. I love their beef donburi at this place so much. I'm kind of missing katsudon, though... maybe next time? heeee

After having our lunch, we continued going around for a bit more. We also bought some stuff for our store. I bet doing so made our day out more productive. haha Anyway, it was fun going out with mama once in a while. We seldom do this even before the pandemic.

A couple hours later, we decided to head home as the mall would start to get crowded soon and we want to avoid traffic congestion.

We were still pretty full that even our dessert stomach couldn't take any more food. So, we decided to take out some tiramisu cake from our favorite cake shop in this mall and brought it home so we could also share with papa. We had it much later in the day. nomnom

I also had to work that night, so I decided to take some power nap in the afternoon. I was on zombie mode the whole time since I woke up early for the morning walk. hahah I was able to have my class successfully last night, though. And now, I'm getting ready for some more. Back to work!!!!!
