The Game Between Hydraulic OR Electrical! (WTF Is It!)
Well Hello There Horsepower Lovers!!
The English Car Maker!
Well the caption doesn't have any significance in today's car industry but let's still go with that!
These english people I am pretty sure they don't know how to build cars! Laughs! I'll be honest this one is giving us a major headache! We just can't seem to pin point where the fault in this car is!
It keeps giving us an oil pressure drop in the transmission but somehow we think it's an electric fault! The problem is that once you start the car it drives and shifts up to 9th gear and you can keep driving it like that, of-course we drove it with all four wheels in the air! But you keep driving it and when you release the throttle and it gears down and you switch it to park.
Well then nothing! You can't get it out of park again unless the car is switched off and started again, but then it selects drive for 2 seconds and pops back into park!
Can that even be a hydraulic issue?
Who knows but I'm pulling the transmission again!
Not In The Mood!
I am sick of this thing to be honest! We've had it out two times already and this is the third time and every time we think we missed something and end up realizing that we didn't! We have packed out the transmission in a thousand pieces and everything looks good!
Great if you ask me! A nice build as well!
I've went through most of the wires cutting the looms open and inspecting each wire individually!
To no avail so removing it and inspecting the box and all of the wires from the top again does sound like a plan! I think!
But sheesh look at it!
Always The Hard Ones!
Now I spoke to bossman about this, just trying to have a laugh at a fucked up situation xD!
But it's always the transmissions that are the hardest to remove that give us the biggest headaches! Frankly we can't cry about it at all! It's work but this is turning into a real pain now!
But the experience gained is something far more valuable! So far it's only removing and fitting experience but still xD if we crack that nut it's going to be filled with goodies!
The Solo Loner!
Heck these things are getting easier and easier! But that comes with working basically alone for almost two years! The things I have managed to put in and out! Amazing! Beating techies that have been in the industry for more than two decades!
I'll fit a transmission faster than any techie at any dealer! I know this! It's also only because I do just that! Transmission so I am highly experienced in them!
I know the remedy for this Land Rover though, a can of gas and a lighter sorts out a lot of problems!
"Oh dear sorry sir your car burned out!"
Imagine xD!
Well I managed to get the part out that leaks out the most frustration in such a job!
And She's Out!
I have to say I removed this one quite fast!
I had this idea it would take me the entire day but I was done just after mid day! Now we can put this to the pressure washer and have it squeaky clean for the tearing down table!
Heck I can't wait to open this thing up! Maybe we really missed something this time!
Hold your thumbs because I am at a pint of no return! Laughs!

(I'll fit a transmission faster than any techie at any dealer ) I rescue this phrase from your post, I work in marketing, I like my job and apparently my boss is happy with what I do, this to tell you that: We do different jobs on some occasions, but, but there is always something in which we stand out.
When I start read your post I see that you lose a little patience, but in the end you are already enthusiastic.
A good worker is associated with a good job and if we feel satisfied, all the better.
