Carpe Diem: Seize The College Memories!
College is the best time of a person's life, even if they don't realize it at the time.
I recall vividly the day before arriving at college:
The excitement of meeting new friends.
The thrill of dorm life.
You name it: the anticipation of exploring in a new city.
As I arrived here, a new chapter in my life began.
A few months ago, I decided to pursue my doctorate at Columban College Inc. in Olongapo City; I also earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and my Master's Degree in Arts in Education with a major in Educational Management here.
The schooling phase is, without a doubt, the best part of life. School is the best place to learn new things, make lasting friendships, and create unforgettable memories.
When I visited Columban College last week, I began my slow walk. That's when I started photographing the buildings I used to stay at while in college. Here are some structures that reminded me of the good old days.
I got to see the Study Center hall. During our college breaks, my best friends and I would study, hang out, and people-watch here.
I could also see and visit the Columban Parish Church, which was a constant for me. I always came here when I was feeling down about my college years. I used to pray here when I needed encouragement and strength or felt weak and hopeless.
This place shaped me into the person I am today, not only the lecturers but also the incredible group of friends and people who have patiently supported me over the years.
This place taught me the true meaning of love, patience, kindness, dedication, maturity, and trust.
College is a better life and the best chance to make the most of our lives. After college, we miss the incredible memories. College was a wonderful experience for us. A great deal of fun and training ensured moral standards in life.
Undoubtedly, the four years leading up to my graduation were the best of my life. Fond memories of those bygone days still bring a smile to my face. They continue to sweeten my brain, fill my existence with force, and get up and go even after so long.
College has proven to be a roller coaster, with many twists and turns to ensure a wild ride. However, chaos and fun frequently go hand in hand, genuinely shaking up everyday life.
Your school memories are valuable treasures for the rest of your life. School is the best part of life.
When I reminisce, it's never about grades or tests; instead, it's about the times and memories you've shared with your best friends.
Thanks for sharing this miss @teacherlynlyn ! I also miss my college life. Every corner of the building that you cherish the old days way back when I'm was in college. My favorite spot was the canteen and Library that my friends and I were making chika's and others make them as "tambayan"😂
Thank you so much 🥰
It's true that we have a particular place that we missed especially when it has a lot of memories you've shared together with your friends. 🥰
You're welcome! Those memories that we cherish was so priceless ❤️✨
