As you Grow up

When I was a kid, I thought it would be great to be president. He can give comfort and security to the country, and even the decisions he makes are followed by everyone. Many people probably wanted to be president at that time. As I grew up, I knew that being president was not a fun thing to do. It’s something hard.

When I was a child, I saw doctors who could treat many sick patients. They give many smiles through their knowledge. People who at first can only lie on their mattresses slowly begin to walk. Even seeing a doctor has become a hope for some people. No wonder so many parents want their children to become doctors. But as I grew up, becoming a doctor was not so easy. Because he vows to treat the sick, he doesn’t even have a day off.

I didn’t know that the world was full of characters, full of ethics, full of different cultures, and many other differences. I was always in the same place as myself. Only in recent years have I realized that things are not always the same, even if we are in the same environment.

For example, how you eat. I think everyone eats the same way. No sound, food is always passed out, prayers are said before eating, etc. It turned out that when I met other people, they ate with a beep that they thought was polite, then didn’t give out their food because they thought empty plates were an insult to the host, then prayed that they were no use because they didn’t believe in God.

At that time, I was confused as to why there was such a person. Diversity is something quite different. What I think is wrong turns out to be right in other parts of the world. The other part of the world doesn’t matter; maybe my neighbors have different values than me.

The more we grow up, the more we see diversity. When we know how to see something, we change. Either it's changed our perspective, changed our desire, changed our decision. We are changing. Whether we are aware of this change or not, we are never at the same point.

Later I realized that not all people are like me. The ones they were taught may be different from mine. If I say they are wrong, it doesn’t mean I am right. Am I the right person? Or am I perhaps the wrong person? Or is there nothing right and nothing wrong?
