Overthinking kills your happiness

Today the topic I'm going to talk about, we all are familiar to this issue. We all face this problem at some point of our lives. Overthinking is something one can't even express how they're feeling. This is something that drives someone crazy. You're thinking about something which you don't even want to. You want to do some amazing things the whole day but that one little thing is destroying your inner happiness. Overthinking can also be called as an mental illness. It can cause huge damages to someone even though they are not aware of it.

Realizing that you're a Over thinker :

Firstly, When you become more tuned in to your tendency to overthink things, you'll be able to take steps to vary. But first, you've got to acknowledge that overthinking does more harm than good.

What Over thinking does :

It will only bring the negative thoughts in your mind. It will only lead you to depression. You will feel an emptiness inside you. You start wondering about the things you did in the past. You start blaming yourself. All these thoughts is going to destroy your peace. You start having suicidal thoughts. What's important for everyone is know that there is no positive side of overthinking.

How to deal with it :

You need to start looking for answers rather than asking questions. What i meant is rather than thinking about the problem, try to find the solution. Over thinking is not going to help in any way. It will just give you more stress and frustration. There are also so many mental strength exercises to deal with overthinking. You need to find those little things that make you happy. Finding a way to be happy is the important key. You can't just sit back and keep thinking about the things that is bothering you. Deal with it and keep moving forward. Find your way of being happy and cherish every moments.
