Hola amigos de #hivediy, espero que todos se encuentren bien y sigan esforzándose cada día para que sus lindas creaciones brillen cada vez más. Hoy traigo una manualidad muy a fin con las fechas venideras, el día de las madres, a mi mama le gustan mucho las flores, al igual que a mi abuelita materna que siempre tenía un ramo adornando la casa, creo que de ahí saqué ese hábito.
Pues bien, como les decía teniendo en cuenta esta fecha y los gustos de las mujeres más importantes que marcan mis origines, realicé este lindo ramo de flores. En estos días tan importante no tendré a mi mamá cerca, ya que vive en la lejana Isla de Cuba, quise hacer estas flores a su nombre, ya que las realicé de varios colores porque ella en particular no tiene un gusto predeterminado para las flores, mientras que sean flores, bienvenidas sean. Por tanto, traté de hacer un ramo multicolor, que además va muy bien con estos meses de primavera que hay en Venezuela.
Ahora les voy detallando paso a paso como logré este detalle para mi mamá.

Today I bring a craft that is very suitable for the upcoming dates, Mother's Day, my mom likes flowers a lot, as does my maternal grandmother who always had a bouquet decorating the house, I think that's where I got that habit .
Well, as I was saying, taking into account this date and the tastes of the most important women that mark my origins, I made this beautiful bouquet of flowers. In these important days I will not have my mother around, since she lives on the distant island of Cuba, I wanted to make these flowers in her name, since I made them in various colors because she in particular does not have a predetermined taste for flowers, as long as they are flowers, they are welcome. Therefore, I tried to make a multicolored bouquet, which also goes very well with these spring months in Venezuela.
Now I am going to detail step by step how I achieved this detail for my mom.

Primeramente, con la regla y el lápiz marco todas mis hojas de colores con una medida de 3cm de acho y 20,5cm de largo para que todas mis flores queden con el mismo tamaño.

Ya marcado todos los papeles de colores, los recorto con la tijera.

Once all the colored papers have been marked, I cut them out with scissors.

Con mucha paciencia comienzo a doblar en forma de acordeón cada uno de mis papeles de colores, para que queden uniforme. Solo marqué mis primeros dobleces a 4 mm para que queden lo más uniforme posible, pero ustedes les pueden dar el ancho que mejor deseen, así doble todas mis piezas.

With a lot of patience I begin to fold each of my colored papers in the form of an accordion, so that they are uniform. I only marked my first folds at 4mm to make them as even as possible, but you can make them as wide as you like so I fold all my pieces.

Paso a pegar cada una para formar mis flores primero con el silicón líquido, espero a que seque y paso a recortar de diferentes formas las puntas para que las flores queden con los pétalos diferentes a la hora de pegar el centro. A mí me gusta trabajar con el silicón líquido, aunque se demora un poco en secar porque con el de barra si me queda mal tengo que desechar la pieza completa más el líquido me da la posibilidad de corregir.

I proceed to glue each one to form my flowers first with the liquid silicone, wait for it to dry and proceed to cut the tips in different ways so that the flowers have different petals when it comes to gluing the center. I like to work with liquid silicone, although it takes a while to dry because with the stick if it looks bad I have to discard the entire piece plus the liquid gives me the possibility of correcting.

Con el lápiz marco unas hojas en el papel verde claro, las recorto y, con la ayuda del lápiz, las moldeo dándole una forma curva, con el papel verde más oscuro forro cada uno de mis palillos, la idea es que tenga dos colores diferentes el tallo para que todos los colores armonicen en su conjunto.

With the pencil I mark some leaves on the light green paper, I cut them out and, with the help of the pencil, I mold them into a curved shape, with the darker green paper I line each of my toothpicks, the idea is that it has two different colors the stem so that all the colors harmonize as a whole.

Ya listo todos los materiales, con mucho cuidado pego el centro de mi flor que son unos círculos de tela y vidrio que tenía guardados en casa, que eran de una cartera que tuve hace algún tiempo y los guardé, y ciertamente le quedaron muy bien a mis flores de color. Después de pegar las hojas a los tallos, volteé mis flores, pegué los tallos y así quedaron lista mis flores. A pesar de tener algunos detalles es fácil de hacer estas flores.
