QOTW#9.5: The algebra of nature and fate

What we deem to see is not always the case. What shines like the pearl from far may not be the pearl you are yearning for. Why am I talking in riddles? That is because, like the cover you see, we all can make interpretations of our own but what remains to exist will always find its way to stay alive. In my perspective, karma and destiny will always live together side by side, like the romantic waves, following each other but certainly, their role in each of our lives differ from belief to belief.

Karma is the occurrence of situations depending on our previous actions in life whereas destiny is what is decided to occur. We, humans, are creations like other creations which has a deep connection with nature. Nature has a default setting, a structure, a cycle that it follows. So, do we humans. As nature is bound by the cycle to grow and nurture in a specific way, we humans, tend to have no specific algorithm that we follow.

Our algebra is deep within our system which is controlled and determined by us throughout our life. What is not in our hold, is what we call FATE. The role of fate in our life is more than what we normally consider it to be. Fate is the situation that is presented to us, which is not determined by ourselves nor by karma.

Interestingly, karma is only limited to our actions done preciously in given situations, which determine the many upcoming situations that we are about to face. Karma can be the ingredient that determines if we will get a bitter taste, sour taste, spicy or sweet. Karma takes our actions, preserves them while matching a situation that is attracted toward it or is similar to it, and finally, we are in the midst of that situation.

As we are talking about destiny, nature, situations, karma, can we totally dismiss Newton? Newton's third law of motion is something that always attracts me towards it; "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction". We, creatures, are all about motion, even plants have motion in them, none of the creation is still, each is doing work on its own or with the help of another.

As nature holds the grip of each creature's roots, it creates a fundamental structure of how we advance in life or how we will be advancing in life. Nurturing plants a value to our system which makes us choose what we are and what we become. Through nurturing our system grows, making us face situations that are independent in nature. Our response to the situation determines our upcoming situations which depend on it, which can be named the role of karma.

Alike, each situation makes us closer to another situation, to another. This vision, which helps to decide the upcoming situation is also the role of karma. However, situations are isolated in general. It is like a game, where you are moving in any direction you choose to but obstacles will remain in each of them. We do not decide which we choose nor does karma influence it 100% of the time. Karma plays the role who monitoring and bringing the dependent situations closer to us. In the game language, we will call it the quest.

Given karma is inactive, there is no dependent situation, at that time the game is on and the players will eventually face many situations, those are fate. Fate is which is not dependent on karma but is on its own. Some may agree that destiny or fate, is chosen when we step on the planet earth or when we are in existence. Interestingly, that is not the case in some scenarios, especially what I believe in. Now to the last door which will lead to the first one.

Choice. Choice is what ultimately determines what is written, what will happen to each individual. Destiny and karma, are just situations provided in consequence of an action or as a daily dose of motion. However, the real gameplay begins at the beginning; nature and nurture, ultimately decide your choice and shape your living.

Without choice, without decision, no progress will occur, the game will show ERROR. Each situation gives a choice, to be or not to be, after decision-making, one lives that situation accordingly. Hence, karma and destiny can coexist in this world together. The definition of both matters to specify their existence. According to my definition and beliefs, they exist and are healthy together, and eventually, they play their role like all the others in the system.

The End!

This is my third entry for QOTW#9.5 in Ecotrain Community. I am very much excited and enthusiastic about it. Huge thanks to @ecotrain for continuing such an amazing project for 5 years straight and this is their 9th season! I like the topic for this week but for a bit, I was confused on how to relate it with nature but then it clicked and I found my way out.

Now, for those of you who support eco-building, sustainability, or love nature, this community is certainly for you. You can also be a part of this project, this season, along with me.

Check this link for more details -> QUESTION OF THE WEEK 9.5: "DO YOU BELIEVE IN DESTINY OR KARMA? CAN BOTH BE TRUE?"
