We're all Mad Here - Journey into the Asylum - pt,2
(Edited)
These were taken over the course of a couple nights wandering these darkened corridors alone... This building is part of a larger complex of buildings and during my explorations I could hear noises of things being dragged, smashed in the distance. Seems like people just can't resist the urge to break things. Accelerating the already quickly eroding infrastructure that these buildings once provided. Once a central hub for the modernity of healthcare at it's finest. Now the grounds were visited solely by vandals, looters, the homeless and ghosts. And the occasional lightpaint-explorer.

It's really terrible that a health facility that was supposed to last had died and been neglected, probably owing to a lack of financing and maintenance. I'm hoping that this structure will reopen and give health treatment to a large number of people.
You haven't even seen the beginning of the decay yet! 😉 I have more pics in the more 'modern' building and it's just as ruined(if not more) than the old asylum. Thanks for stopping by 🙂
Good evening @synrg i would love to see the beginning, if you don't mind. Thank you for your support, I appreciate it.
Great shots. We are all living into a permanent asylum now. Much blessings!
I hear ya on that one... big time. Maybe not permanent because nothing truly is but the only curve that's been flattened is peoples brain scans. And thanks, appreciate you stopping by. 🙃
Sunch a bunch of great works.
Thanks a lot Sergio, I appreciate it :)
It is my pleasure
You given a new dimension to this place....even looks haunted they have many stories to tell.
Thanks a lot @steemflow! The place probably is haunted, I've heard talk about that. I never saw anything like that myself but for sure, if those walls could speak, they'd have some stories to tell.
Oh my! I quickly had to check out this part after reading the first part. Bravo. Nice piece
Thanks a lot, I appreciate you stopping by. It's an interesting place for sure, would love to go back and explore even more.
That would be great. Nice work. Bravo
