¡Hola chicos! ¡Espero que estén teniendo un día increíble! Hoy estoy de vuelta con ustedes y vengo a compartirles una nueva receta refrescante: ¡una limonada de mango!
Esta bebida es perfecta por el sabor dulce del mango y el toque refrescante y cítrico que siempre da el limón.
Además de su delicioso sabor, esta limonada es super fresca y está llena de nutrientes. Está repleta de antioxidantes, es rica en fibra y vitaminas A, C, que son esenciales para la salud de la piel y el sistema inmunológico.
Ingredientes:
- 1 limón
- 3 mangos
- 1.5 litros de agua
- Azúcar al gusto
Preparación:
Primero hay que preparar la limonada, esta en mi casa se prepara licuando el limón con agua y azúcar y posteriormente se cuela, esto se hace para aprovechar al máximo el jugo y el sabor del limón.

Preparation:

Una vez preparada la limonada vamos a licuar con esta el mango cortado en pedazos pequeños y agrega más azúcar si es necesario.
Una vez que esté bien licuado, vierte el jugo en una jarra y completa con el resto del agua.

Mi recomendación es hacerlo con solo un limón para que el sabor de este no opaque el sabor del mango, yo cometí el error de subestimar mis dos limones pequeñitos y estaban muy jugosos y se perdía un poco el sabor del mango.
Esta receta rinde aproximadamente 2 litros y el resultado es un jugo con un sabor muy similar al de un jugo de maracuyá. Es súper delicioso y fresco, ideal para cualquier momento del día.

Debe ser muy sabroso pero me preguntó si la limonada no tiene un sabor amargo al licuar el limón completo.
Generalmente al hacer solo limonada licuandola con la cáscara se le pone una pizca de sal para disminuir lo amargo, en este caso al mezclarse con el mango cambia el sabor, espero te guste saludos.
