Slow run: December 18 2024
Slow run after the laser run series from yesterday and tomorrow I'll rest. On Friday I'll see how I'm feeling and I'll do a swim session. Probably an extra rest day on Saturday to do everything what I haven't been doing this week and Sunday again full gas at the cross country!
Claudia left tonight to the CAR in Barcelona for some tests and training with the national selection for modern Pentathlon. She'll experience the days elite sport level life. On Sunday she needs to be back for the cross country as well...
My rabbit was a bigger success than the other time...
